Johnnie Fitzpatrick joined MRLP in 2026 as an Associate Attorney in the Midwest Litigation group, he focuses his practice on litigation matters throughout Ohio. Prior to joining the firm, Johnnie served as a judicial law clerk in the Hamilton County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas, where he conducted extensive legal research and drafting on a broad range of civil and criminal matters.
Before entering private practice, Johnnie was an attorney with the City of Cincinnati Law Department where he pursued affirmative litigation aimed at improving housing conditions and enhancing public safety initiatives throughout the city. His experience in both the public and judicial sectors provides him with a practical understanding of litigation strategy, legal analysis, and problem-solving that benefits clients facing complex disputes.
Drawing on his experience in the courtroom, judicial chambers, and municipal litigation, Johnnie helps clients navigate legal challenges with thoughtful analysis, practical solutions, and a results-driven approach.
Johnnie is also active in his community as a member of the College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation, an organization dedicated to revitalizing Cincinnati’s College Hill neighborhood.
