Dylan Dean Smith joined MRLP in 2026 as an Associate Attorney in the Bankruptcy Practice Group. In the three years prior to joining the firm, Dylan represented creditors in matters involving Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, developing a strong foundation in bankruptcy law and valuable experience navigating complex federal proceedings.
Dylan is known for his strong work ethic, compassionate approach, and commitment to client service. He is a team-oriented attorney with effective communication skills and trial experience in both state and federal courts. Guided by a strong ethical foundation, he approaches each matter with professionalism and attention to detail.
Dylan is actively engaged in the legal community and has served on the Cincinnati Bar Association Planning Committee.
