Todd Marks joined MRLP in 2025 as an Associate Attorney in the Northeast Litigation practice group. His practice centers on contested foreclosure and related litigation matters in New York, where he handles complex disputes involving lenders and mortgage servicers at all stages of litigation.
Todd brings over a decade of experience in foreclosure and creditors’ rights litigation, including substantial work in complex contested proceedings. His experience includes motion practice, depositions, evidentiary hearings, trials, appeals, and legal research, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of litigation strategy within the default servicing space.
