Rob Peebles joined MRLP in 2019 as an Associate Attorney and quickly advanced to Partner, thanks to his legal expertise, attention to detail, and client-focused approach. His background includes extensive experience in foreclosure and bankruptcy law, particularly in creditor representation and complex litigation involving contested foreclosures and title issues. This specialized knowledge continues to be a cornerstone of his practice.
Rob also brings valuable experience from his work in insurance defense and family law, where he developed strong litigation and courtroom advocacy skills. His strategic thinking, clear communication, and commitment to ethical practice make him a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike.
While his primary focus is real property and land title law, Rob is also dedicated to public service, volunteering his legal skills to assist families facing financial hardship in Chancery and Youth Courts.
