Reyna McCollum joined the Compliance Group at MRLP in 2026, as Director of Third‑Party Risk and Client Engagement. With an extensive background in client relations, risk management, and strategic operations within the mortgage default servicing industry, Reyna plays a key role in supporting MRLP’s vendor relationships and client engagement initiatives.
Prior to joining MRLP, Reyna held senior leadership positions in the default services industry, including nearly a decade as a director overseeing client relations and marketing for a multi‑state default services organization, followed by leadership roles focused on business relationship management for a multi‑jurisdictional law firm. Earlier in her career, she gained additional industry experience at mortgage lending organizations, supporting loan origination teams, contributing to enterprise‑wide strategic planning, and orchestrating national training initiatives.
Reyna brings a broad skillset to her role, and is known for her executive‑level acumen, strategic mindset, ability to build trusted relationships, and approaching her work with integrity, resilience, and a calm, authoritative leadership style.
Within the default servicing industry, Reyna has served on national and regional committees and subcommittees. Outside of her professional work, Reyna holds the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines and the credentialed Argentina Wine Specialist™️ certificate. She actively supports local charitable organizations for victims of domestic violence through philanthropic involvements in the North Dallas area.
