Peter A. Lawrence joined MRLP in 2025 as an Associate Attorney in the Northeast Foreclosure Department, focusing his practice in the states of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Peter brings with him over 13 years of specialized experience in Foreclosure and Default Servicing, including 9 years handling REO transactions and 7 years successfully representing creditors, mortgage servicers, and financial institutions in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings across New York and New Jersey. Among his notable achievements, Peter successfully settled an $11 million Chapter 11 bankruptcy case in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Peter is trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic, which allows him to serve a diverse client base with clarity and cultural sensitivity.
