Nicholas Klein joined MRLP in 2026 as an Associate Attorney in the Bankruptcy group. He represents clients throughout Nevada and brings a diverse litigation background with significant experience handling landlord-tenant matters and a broad range of courtroom and appellate work.
Prior to joining MRLP, Nick focused primarily on litigation, with a particular emphasis on landlord-tenant disputes. His experience includes representing parties through all stages of litigation and developing practical solutions to complex legal issues. In addition to civil litigation work, Nick gained experience in criminal law through his service with the Public Defender’s Office and has handled family law appeals on a pro bono basis. These varied experiences have provided him with a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation for analyzing and resolving legal challenges.
Nick’s commitment to the legal community is demonstrated not only by his pro bono work but also his involvement with the drafting of specialization standards for the Appellate Litigation Section of the Neveda State Bar. Drawing on his litigation, appellate, and public service experience, Nick works closely with clients to navigate legal matters efficiently and effectively. He is committed to providing responsive service, thoughtful legal analysis, and practical guidance while helping clients achieve their objectives.
