Matthew W. Penhale

Matthew Penhale, a Partner in the Non-Judicial Southeast Foreclosure group, joined MRLP in 2017 and focuses his practice on foreclosure and title clearance in the state of Alabama. Prior to joining MRLP, he spent several years working as an associate attorney for a firm that specialized in creditor’s rights law. Matt has experience in title curative work, foreclosure, evictions, bankruptcy, and REO/closings. He also worked as a Special Assets Officer for a community bank in Alabama. Matt’s unique mix of experience on both the attorney and client side makes him an invaluable resource when trying to meet and exceed the needs of his clients.
