Maisyn Oliver joined MRLP in 2025 as an Associate Attorney in the Nonjudicial Foreclosure – South group and supports the firm’s Texas default servicing practice. Her work involves representing clients in foreclosure matters, including coordinating all documentation and case progression necessary to ensure files are moving efficiently and in alignment with client expectations.
Maisyn joins MRLP with two years’ experience as a practicing foreclosure attorney, handling all aspects of legal work within the foreclosure lifecycle. She has experience with home equity applications, post-sale deed preparation, conveyance-related documentation preparation and related eviction and probate work.
