Lance Thames

Lance Thames is a Senior Director in the Compliance group. Lance has over 29 years of real estate experience holding both executive and management positions. Prior to joining MRLP, Lance worked in real estate sales, origination and title closings; he transitioned to the default industry in 2008 and has held positions overseeing day-to-day operations with large servicers, banks, and asset management companies. Lance has successfully managed foreclosure, evictions, asset management, closing and title curative teams during his career. He has a proven record in conflict resolution and has experience involving highly sensitive matters including legal risk, media, investor and municipality concerns.
