Kristen A. Bleiweis is a Partner in the New Jersey Foreclosure Department at MRLP bringing over a decade of experience in handling foreclosure matters. Kristen focuses her practice on the representation of secured creditors, mortgage servicers, and consumer lenders. She handles all aspects of the residential foreclosure process, including mediation, title curative, and contested litigation.
Kristen’s legal career began with a judicial clerkship in the Chancery Division, Monmouth County, under the Honorable Thomas W. Cavanagh, Jr., P.J.Ch. (Ret.), where she gained valuable hands-on experience in foreclosure matters. She also has experience in probate and estate, civil litigation and municipal law, making her a well-rounded legal professional.
