Kathlyn (Beth) Smith joined MRLP in 2026 as an associate attorney in the Southeast Litigation group and practices in Texas. She brings six years of experience as a debt litigation defense attorney to her work with the firm.
Beth’s litigation background has developed her ability to evaluate legal issues strategically, negotiate effectively, and identify practical solutions to contested matters. She approaches her work with efficiency, organization, clear communication, and a strong ethical commitment. Her leadership skills and methodical approach support her representation of clients throughout the legal process.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys traveling with her family and spending as much time with them as possible.
