Joshua Aarons joined MRLP in 2026 as an associate attorney in the Southeast Litigation group where he focuses his practice in Alabama. He has over five years of experience as a creditor’s rights attorney representing various Fortune 500 clients in the financial services industry.
Joshua has experience representing clients in matters through all stages of the litigation process, including contested claims, trials, mediations, arbitrations, appeals, and post-judgment remedies. His experience has developed his ability to assess legal and procedural issues, advocate for clients, negotiate effectively, and pursue practical resolutions to contested matters.
Joshua brings professionalism, compassion, clear communication, a strong work ethic, and trial experience to his representation of clients. Outside of work, he enjoys music and cinema and spending time with friends and family.
