Hunter Helms joined MRLP in 2026 as an Associate Attorney in the Evictions group and practices in the state of Washington.
Hunter brings several years of prior experience in civil litigation, including contested eviction cases and other landlord-tenant disputes. His background also includes work in adult guardianship matters, providing exposure to sensitive and complex legal issues.
Hunter takes a practical approach to his work, focusing on resolving matters efficiently while ensuring compliance with applicable law. He approaches new matters with an emphasis on workable solutions and is recognized for his strong communication skills, which enable him to effectively negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders in pursuit of favorable outcomes for his clients.
Outside of his practice, Hunter enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, playing golf, and supporting conservation-focused initiatives.
