Greg Krivo

Greg Krivo, a Partner in the Southeast Litigation group, concentrates his practice on the representation of secured creditors, equity holders, and investors in cases pending in state and federal courts in the state of Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Greg handles contested foreclosures, dispossessory litigation, creditors’ rights and collections. He also represents clients in claims alleging violations of state and federal law, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (GFBPA).
