Trey Speaks is an Associate Attorney in the Southeast Litigation group at MRLP. He joined the firm in 2024 and is licensed to practice in Alabama. Trey primarily handles foreclosure litigation, title curative matters, contested ejectments, and wrongful foreclosure claims. He is known for his strategic thinking, ability to manage complex litigation, efficiency under pressure, strong courtroom advocacy, and for being personable and effective when communicating with clients.
Outside of the office, Trey enjoys spending time with his family, watching baseball, and traveling.
