Fanny Wan

Fanny Wan joined MRLP in 2024 as an Associate Attorney in the Bankruptcy Department. With over a decade of diverse experience in bankruptcy law, including ten years representing debtors and three years representing creditors, Fanny possesses a comprehensive understanding of bankruptcy law and procedure from multiple perspectives. Through extensive experience representing debtors, Fanny developed a deep understanding of their needs and a compassionate approach that enables her to effectively communicate and achieve successful, tailored outcomes for her clients. In addition to her legal expertise, Fanny is passionate about environmental conservation, reuse, and recycling.
