David Richard

David Richard is the Director of FP&A group at MRLP. David leads a team of over 40 dedicated professionals who are responsible for the Firm’s accounting, treasury, and financial reporting needs. David works closely with the management team to enhance the Firm’s performance through effective reporting and improved process flows. David started his career in commercial development, working as a Manager of Accounting for the Trammell Crow Company in 1987. With a small group of partners, he went on to establish his own group of companies providing real estate brokerage services, mortgage originations and title services.
