Daphne Ganthier joined MRLP in 2026 as a Senior Associate Attorney in the Southeast Litigation group, where she concentrates her practice on foreclosure and default-related litigation in Florida. She represents lenders and mortgage servicers in contested matters and works closely with clients to develop practical, risk-aware litigation strategies focused on efficient resolution.
With more than two decades of legal experience, including over a decade dedicated to default servicing, Daphne brings a broad litigation background that includes experience in collections and insurance defense. She also served for more than six years as a public defender, where she gained significant jury trial and evidentiary hearing experience, further strengthening her advocacy in complex, high-stakes matters.
Daphne is recognized for her strong organizational skills, effective negotiation, and commitment to client service. She approaches each matter with professionalism, responsiveness, and a focus on advancing her clients’ interests. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
