Dana O’Brien, a Senior Partner in the Bankruptcy group, has over 25 years of experience in the areas of mortgage banking, bankruptcy, default servicing, and all aspects of real estate law including real estate property tax. Dana is well versed in adversary proceedings and all aspects of bankruptcy litigation, including motion practice. She appears in court on a regular basis and frequently sits on panels and provides training in the area of Bankruptcy.
