Brian Gilbert joined MRLP in 2023, he is an Associate Attorney in the Northeast Litigation group. Brian focuses his practice on the representation of secured creditors, mortgage servicers and consumer lenders in the state of New Jersey, representing clients in contested foreclosure cases and other litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Brian practiced in elder law, with a focus on litigating probate matters and contested guardianships.
