Brent Lemon joined MRLP in 2026 as a member of the Bankruptcy practice group, he brings over 20 years of experience representing both creditors and debtors in matters arising under multiple chapters of the Bankruptcy Code.
Brent’s experience and broad perspective allow him to evaluate bankruptcy matters with an understanding of the legal and practical considerations affecting parties on both sides of a proceeding.
Brent is also a certified mediator, complementing his experience resolving contested matters and navigating complex legal issues.
