Betzy Falgas joined MRLP in 2025 as an Associate Attorney in the Judicial Foreclosure – South Group. Bringing with her substantial experience representing mortgage servicers and lenders in contested foreclosure and litigation matters, she focuses her practice in the state of Florida.
Prior to joining the firm, Betzy served as a litigation attorney handling non‑jury trials and complex contested matters, followed by a supervisory role overseeing judgment and sale operations and managing high‑volume foreclosure portfolios. Her experience spans foreclosure litigation, post‑sale proceedings, evictions, domestication of foreign judgments, and related enforcement actions.
