Benjamin Staskiewicz is a Partner in the Northeast Litigation group. With over 17 years of foreclosure experience, over 20 years of bankruptcy experience and over 23 years of litigation experience, Ben primarily focuses his practice in state, federal, tribal and bankruptcy courts in the state of Connecticut. Ben’s previous experience includes handling litigation and general bankruptcy matters for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee and the management of the bankruptcy department at a large default servicing firm with offices in six states.
