Aviva Bush joined MRLP in 2023 and serves as Director of the Evictions and National Eviction Management Group. With over three decades of experience in the default mortgage servicing and outsourcing industry, Aviva brings a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to complex legal and operational challenges.
Prior to joining MRLP, Aviva spent eight years as an associate attorney focusing on real estate, foreclosure, and bankruptcy matters. Her extensive industry background also includes 22 years in management roles in the default servicing industry ranging from department leadership to Senior Vice President, where she oversaw operations across Closing, Title, Eviction, HOA, Tax, Boarding, and Valuations departments.
Recognized for her innovative thinking, resourcefulness, and analytical acumen, Aviva excels at strategic planning, talent development, and client service. She is a self-directed leader with strong decision-making abilities and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
