Ashlyn Shockley Martin joined MRLP in 2026 as an Associate Attorney in the Nonjudicial Foreclosure – South group, she practices primarily in Georgia and has over five years of experience as a real estate attorney.
Ashlyn has experience representing clients in real estate closings and managed a residential real estate practice group. She has also represented corporate clients in real estate transactions and served in a supervising attorney role. Her broader legal background includes title and evictions.
Ashlyn approaches her work with empathy, sound judgment, effective communication, and a strong commitment to ethical stewardship. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, the National Bar Association, and the Gate City Bar Association.
Outside of work, Ashlyn enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, attending sporting events, and volunteering with youth in her local community. Her favorite sports include baseball, soccer, basketball, and golf.
