Ashley Rothfuss

Ashley has dedicated her entire professional career to the creditor’s rights area of law. Before passing the Ohio Bar, she held various positions with a creditor’s rights firm, gaining invaluable experience and understanding of various roles. Since passing the Ohio Bar in 2008, Ashley went on to pass the Kentucky Bar in 2009 and waived into the North Dakota Bar in 2022. Practicing law in Ohio, Kentucky, and North Dakota, for 15 years has allowed her to further hone her expertise in this specialized field. She is eager to bring her skills, knowledge, experience and dedication to this new opportunity with such a well-respected firm.
