Ashlee Schultz joined MRLP in 2026 as a Director in Judicial Foreclosure – South practice group. She has more than a decade of experience encompassing foreclosure, bankruptcy, default litigation, mortgage servicing, and legal operations.
Before joining MRLP, Ashlee served in legal operations leadership and as a litigation supervisor for a mortgage servicing company. In those roles, she advised clients, led teams, improved operational processes, and worked across areas including loss mitigation, customer service, property preservation, and default servicing. She also trained and testified as a corporate witness on behalf of a mortgage servicer in judicial foreclosure jurisdictions. Ashlee began her career as a foreclosure and bankruptcy paralegal, developing a strong operational foundation in both areas.
Ashlee applies creative problem-solving, clear communication, and an extensive understanding of default servicing and origination compliance to her work. She remains composed under pressure and focuses on developing practical processes that support consistent service and efficient operations.
Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, cooking, and gluten-free baking. She also volunteers in support of veterans’ community resources.
