Allison Earlin Heffernan joined MRLP in 2026 through the combination with Scott & Corley, P.C. and is a Senior Associate Attorney in MRLP’s Judicial Foreclosure – South practice group. She represents mortgage servicers and other clients in judicial foreclosure matters throughout South Carolina.
Allison brings more than two decades of experience representing clients in real estate matters and the default servicing industry. In addition to her foreclosure practice, she has experience in title curative matters, real estate transactions, and judicial clerkship service, providing a strong foundation for addressing the title, procedural, and litigation issues that arise throughout the foreclosure process.
Allison works closely with clients to navigate the legal and procedural requirements of judicial foreclosure matters, providing practical guidance and responsive service throughout the lifecycle of a case.
Outside of her legal practice, Allison is active in her community through volunteer service with local schools and alumni organizations. Her involvement has included leadership and volunteer roles supporting educational, athletic, and community initiatives.
