Gordan, Managing Partner of the firm’s REO and Residential Closings Group, has been elected Chair of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. This prestigious role underscores Stuart’s exceptional legal acumen and unwavering commitment and dedication to the legal profession.
The Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia offers a wide range of educational resources and opportunities for both commercial and residential real estate practitioners in Georgia, including seminars, scholarships, newsletters, webinars, and networking events. The Section also actively works to improve the law and ethical standards in the real estate industry through legislative advocacy and pro bono initiatives.
Mr. Gordon joined MRLP in 2001 and has spent the last 23 years building expertise in foreclosure, title curative, evictions, and REO/closings. His dedication, leadership and extensive experience resulted in his promotion to Managing Partner of the firm’s REO and Residential Closings Group, allowing him to offer strategic solutions to complex legal matters and oversee a high-volume closing department.
