From January through March, MRLP employees across the country laced up their team spirit and showed up in full force to enjoy a whirlwind of sports and connection. With 16 events in 16 cities and 165 employees participating, MRLP Hits the Ice & Hardwood lived up to its name!
From hockey showdowns and basketball battles to a high-energy Topgolf outing, this cross-country tour brought colleagues together in ways that go beyond the workday. Whether it was dodging a puck mid-air, cheering a buzzer-beater shot, or just sharing a laugh over nachos in the stands, every moment was a win. This lineup featured everything from college rivalries to NHL and NBA matchups, and let’s not forget Jackson’s Topgolf outing—a hole-in-one when it comes to team bonding.
Each event brought its own flair, but one thing was consistent: the camaraderie. It wasn’t just about the games, it was about connecting, reconnecting, meeting new faces, and creating memories that will last far beyond the final score.
Take a look at the photos from the events, and you’ll see it: smiles, high-fives, and an unmistakable sense of pride in being part of something special. Here’s to continuing the momentum, making memories, and showing that no matter where we are, MRLP knows how to bring people together.
And now – Baseball!
