Matthew W. Penhale

Matthew Penhale joined McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC in August 2017 and is currently the managing attorney with the firm’s Alabama Foreclosure and Title Clearance Group.  Prior to joining MRLP, he spent several years working as an associate attorney for a firm that specialized in creditor’s rights law.  Mr. Penhale has experience in matters such as title curative, foreclosure, evictions, bankruptcy, and REO/closings.  Attorney Penhale has also worked as a Special Assets Officer for a community bank in Alabama. Mr. Penhale’s unique mix of experience on both the attorney and client side makes him an invaluable resource when trying to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.
