Greg Krivo is a senior associate with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC. Mr. Krivo’s practice concentrates primarily on the representation of secured creditors, equity holders, and investors in cases pending in all state and federal Georgia courts, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Attorney Krivo handles contested foreclosures, dispossessory litigation, creditors’ rights and collections.  Additionally, Greg manages claims alleging violations of state and federal law, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (GFBPA).
