Evan Eberhardt

Evan is a Bankruptcy Attorney in MRLP’s Birmingham office and has experience representing creditors including mortgage lenders and servicers in consumer bankruptcy cases. Prior to joining MRLP, Evan was an attorney at a firm who represented both local and national creditors in all aspects of default servicing, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, ejectment and related litigation. Evan is admitted to practice in all districts of the United States District Court in Alabama as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
