David Ritchie Jr.

As the Director of the Firm’s Consumer Accounts department, David manages consumer collection litigation action across multiple states within the Firm’s practice footprint, coordinating with locally based attorneys and remote staff in both small-claims and state court venues. Mr. Ritchie also administers the Firm’s consumer-facing call queue, facilitates the receipt of payments, and works directly with client representatives.
