David Richard

David Richard is the Sr. Director of Accounting and Finance for McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC.  Mr. Richard leads a team of over 40 dedicated professionals that are responsible for all the Firm’s accounting, treasury, and financial reporting needs. Working closely with the management team, his focus is to enhance the Firm’s performance through effective reporting and improved process flows.

The last eight years of Mr. Richard’s career has been in Default Servicing.  He started his career in commercial development, working as a Manager of Accounting for the Trammell Crow Company in 1987.  With a small group of partners, Mr. Richard went on to establish his own group of companies providing real estate brokerage services, mortgage originations and title services.
